Daniele Pantano is a Swiss poet, translator, critic, and editor. His individual poems, essays, and reviews, as well as his translations from the German by Friedrich Dürrenmatt and Georg Trakl, have appeared in numerous journals and anthologies worldwide. His next books, The Oldest Hands in the World (a collection of poems) and The Possible is Monstrous: Selected Poems by Friedrich Dürrenmatt (a book of translations), are forthcoming from Black Lawrence Press. Currently, he is Senior Lecturer in Creative Writing at Edge Hill University, England.
