Lennon recalls his first contacts with Mailer and his unplanned path to becoming Mailer’s archivist, and discusses Works and Days and the digital resources of Project Mailer, the Mailer library and reconstructed Provincetown study at Wilkes University, the forthcoming edition of Lipton’s Journal, the Library of America’s Mailer volumes, Susan Mailer’s memoir, and the role of The Mailer Review in sustaining scholarship on Mailer.
