    Raj Chandarlapaty is an Independent Scholar who resides in Miami Lakes, Florida. He has taught composition, reading, and American and World literatures. He has published on topics in African-American, The Beat Generation, North Africa, and Indian literature in addition to having worked as a professor for twelve years. Dr. Chandarlapaty has also written a book, The Beat Generation and Counterculture.
