Marshall Deason is a lawyer practicing in Tampa. He is the co-author of legal treatises on real estate law and business law published by The Florida Bar in conjunction with Lexis-Nexis. He has published numerous articles in legal periodicals and prepared seminar materials for the National Business Institute. He has begun writing novels as a hobby.
