    Don Graham is the J. Frank Dobie Regents Professor of American and English Literature at the University of Texas. He is the author of fifteen books, including No Name on the Bullet: A Biography of Audie Murphy, Kings of Texas: The 150-Year Saga of an American Ranching Empire, State of Minds: Texas Culture & Its Discontents, and Michael Wilding and the Fiction of Instant Experience: Stories, Novels, and Memoirs, 1963–2013. He is currently writing a book on the making of the film Giant.
